U13 Teams (12 Man) play full rule football. There are a couple of changes:
1. To enable to have more playing time because of time constraints, Punting and P.A.T. will be eliminated this year. The team that scores a touchdown will be awarded 7pts. They will then proceed to kick off. The first half and 2nd half will both start with a kick off.
2. When a team is on a 3rd Down, they have a choice, they can try to convert to a 1st down, or punt. If they fail to convert, the ball turns over at the line of scrimmage (if a incomplete pass) or where the ball was marked down. If they choose to punt, the ball will be moved downfield 30 yards.
3. The team that scores a touchdown will then kick the ball to the other team in a regular kickoff play.
4. (4)-10 min Qtrs. The clock will be run time except for the last 3 minutes of the 2nd and 4th Quarter, change of possession, injuries, after scoring, and time outs. The last 3 minutes of the 2nd and 4th Quarter will be stop time.
5. To promote safety, the center will not be rushed.
Playoff Seeding Information:
Seeding for playoffs will be based on number of points. If there is a tie with points, then we look to see who won the game between the two teams that have tied. The winner of the game will be seeded higher. If the teams tied when they played each other, we will then go to points for. If there still is a tie, we will then use points against and the lower number of the 2 will be seeded higher.
2024 U13 Standings
2 points are awarded for a win. 1 point for a tie and 0 points for a loss.
